I have dealt with Jessie on several occasions and she has always treated me fairly and like I were a member of her family. I would offer a word of advise if you want to save money please speak to Jessie first before you meet with funeral home. I wished that I knew then what I know now.

I also had trouble getting the vase out of the headstone to place flowers in and was helped by Lew and he was more than willing to help even though he was on his way out for the day.

Jessie, has every time in dealing with me, has been over the top nice an kind to me. when buying my Plott, an dealing with me on a couple of problems I had with fixing a accouple al reading existing plots of family members.

Jessie at Graceland was a godsend when I was working to lay my brother to rest. She is calming, kind, empathetic, and is very clear and thorough when explaining what needed done.
