I have dealt with Jessie on several occasions and she has always treated me fairly and like I were a member of her family. I would offer a word of advise if you want to save money please speak to Jessie first before you meet with funeral home. I wished that I knew then what I know now.

I also had trouble getting the vase out of the headstone to place flowers in and was helped by Lew and he was more than willing to help even though he was on his way out for the day.

Jessie, has every time in dealing with me, has been over the top nice an kind to me. when buying my Plott, an dealing with me on a couple of problems I had with fixing a accouple al reading existing plots of family members.

Jessie at Graceland was a godsend when I was working to lay my brother to rest. She is calming, kind, empathetic, and is very clear and thorough when explaining what needed done. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with burial needs. Her guidance in this unexpected journey my family is on was so appreciated and I will never forget that.

My dad passed away in 1989. And my mom 2022. The original vase purchased in 1989 I believe was supplied by a veteran company at no cost to us. Unfortunately the vase started to sink and was finally unusable.
These last few years I’ve been wanting to replace the vase with Graceland’s supplier but kept putting it off. I visited Graceland a few weeks ago to order the vase and asked if it could be installed by Memorial Day.I was told they would try.
I received a text today with a picture of the vase installed exactly where I requested.
And on time!!
It’s been wonderful working with such an honest and caring company!
